Goodnyou? Red Pepper Jelly is one of my all time favorite condiments.

I would be lying if I didn't say I use it on everything and if I'm having a moment of honesty, I will admit that I grieve every jar that's scrapped empty here. 

Don't under appreciate the Jelly. It's capable of so much more.
Yes, it's perfect spread over cream cheese and served with crackers.
BUT it's at it's best when thrown into pan fried chicken and served over rice.
Delightful when used to top burgers.
Amazing on shaved chicken and cheese subs {preferably with grilled onions, green peppers, banana peppers, and pickles}
Outstanding on top of a grilled veggie and chicken pizza. 
Brilliant when used for spring roll dipping.
Have I mentioned it's delightfullness paired with chicken wings?
